Please read this Refund Policy carefully as it contains important information regarding your legal rights, remedies and other information regarding the business-consumer relationship between Pineatix and you.
The time periods stated below for the respective products is the time in which you must contact the support team by to receive a refund. Some products have differing policies so please read these carefully.
Website Hosting Packages are refundable. A refund must be requested within 20 days of initial purchase via the client area in a support ticket or via email.
Professional Email Hosting Packages are refundable. A refund must be requested within 15 days of inital purchase via the client area in a support ticket or via email.
Symantec SSL Certificates can be canceled and fully refunded within 15 days upon request.
You can cancel any service at any time in the client area, if you wish to be refunded for any of the above products, you must contact support via email or the client area so we can process the refund - this process is NOT automatic.
Dedicated servers are not eligible for refunds under most circumstances.
We will attempt to assist in resolving issues you encounter, if you no longer want the dedicated server, ordered the wrong package, accidentally ordered it or decided you didn't like it we are not obliged to refund you under Australian laws. If it is defective/damaged in any way please let us know immediately and a replacement or fix can be organised. We are happy to discuss options in a support ticket or email.
Domain names are leased for a minimum of 12 months. Domain names may be canceled at any time however are non-refundable.
If a product or service is cancelled and not transferred to another supplier, you remain the owner of the product or service until the products original expiry/renewal date. During this period, you hereby grant Pineatix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple tiers), and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, combine with other works, display, perform and manipulate your product or service, and any User Content stored on the product or service. This section is to add to, and in no way negates from or overrules the Terms of Service Agreement, under section FIVE - User Content.
Customers who use a pseudonymity will only be able to receive refunds through Account Credit or the initial payment method used for the purchase of the product or service being refunded.
In some cases, due to fraud and fraud prevention, those who use a pseudonymity may be ineligible for a refund, or may be required to provide valid government identification to prove their identity.
Account Credit/Account Credits, as defined in the Terms of Service Agreement, are non-refundable under any circumstances. Refunds may also be paid into your account by way of Account Credits instead of a refund made to your initial payment method.
